What you will lead

Coordinate developers building Nano/XNO payment paths for AI agents, MCP and x402.
Help integrations become usable in real frameworks and merchant workflows.
Recruit independent merchants and agent builders; capture verifiable payment evidence.
Publish weekly evidence-linked reports with blockers, metrics and spend.
Separate sponsored activity from organic usage; flag self-dealing and wash activity.

Who should apply

Has shipped software, developer programs, payments, open-source infrastructure or a relevant ecosystem project.
Can point to repositories, merged PRs, products, demos or real customer outcomes.
Understands the difference between a demo, a test payment and repeatable production payments.
Communicates risks clearly and can work independently across time zones.
Nano expertise is welcome, but a credible learning and execution plan also counts.

Applications are reviewed against evidence, not follower count or GitHub stars alone.

25 points — relevant work shipped and evidence.
20 points — agent, MCP, x402 or payment integration.
20 points — Nano/XNO understanding and real payment flow.

20 points — realistic execution plan.
10 points — independent developer/merchant pipeline.
5 points — communication, security and conflicts.

An AI-assisted first-pass score supports human review; links and claimed outcomes still require independent verification.
